I operate a non-profit with several wash and dryer machines.. Jeff is the best. Good pricing, quick service. Always helps us keep our machines running instead of buying new. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone.

We ordered refrigerator repair and had to cancel. We called 1 1/2 hrs before to cancel appointment. This so called gentleman called my house and screamed at both my elderly parents because they cancelled so late. I picked up the other line just in time to hear him call my father a miserable old SOB!!. Can you imagine that? And we were going to let this guy in our house? Ive never ever experienced such unprofessionalism. Would never ever recommend this business.

Called to try to get an estimate. Without even finishing my sentence, they asked "what brand?" when I answered Samsung, they just said they don't carry it and hung up.

J&D Google review Holy mackerel. I wish I had found J&D many years ago during my appliance-owning life. Dealing with J&D has definitely been the best experience I've ever had with a repair service of any kind. I had a problem with my microwave and called J&D. They diagnosed the problem over the phone, ordered the part that was needed and delivered and installed the part in record time, all the while keeping me up to date on what was happening with regards to my order. And all this was done at a fair price. You can't beat that for service anywhere else.

I, too, have used J & D Elec & App here in Allentown for small repairs on my washing machine and to repair a wire on my gas stove. Have used them for the last 5-7 years. Always easy to get an appt in a day or two. Always on time, prices are reasonable. Very knowledgeable. Even recommended them to my sister in Whitehall. Call them; you won't be disappointed.
