I had an event and I went to Insta Print to Prepare some material on urgent basis. So I gave an order of Pen, Diaries, Mugs, Hoodies, Standee. They show me sample of existing customers and I agreed on the quality and while the same quality products from the market I was getting on 50% less price but I still choose Insta Print because they committed the quality. And when the deadline comes so I was trying to call and they were not attending the call. I visited there store on MM Alam and when I go there were some products ready and some of them were missing. I view the items the sizes I gave them according to my team there was no size was matching and the quality was seems like a roadside 50 rupees hoodie and the print was up and down not in same format. Pen was in blind quality as no word can be readable and I complaint that the items are not in the quality which they committed and they said give us time till Monday and you can comeback. On Monday same thing happen I was trying to call but they were not answering. So I went to Dubai to attend the event whom I prepare this material without anything. On next next week they call me sir come and pickup the items we have fixed it and when I visited the items was in same format and few of them was not ready even after 2 weeks and they charge me water bottle prices with names and when I open the bottles that was without name. I would recommend never use there service as it’s most pathetic and unprofessional printing company in Pakistan.

they made me wait 2 hours for 10 printouts and then sent me to a different print shop because their printer stopped working, staff was also rude and making fun of the situation since I was on a time crunch. 0/10, please stay away from instaprint

Horrible printing! Size, colour and material were all wrong! They had no clue about the weight of my order. Most products were printed wrong, we had to pay extra shipping for getting loads of garbage items which were made in poor quality. They charged premium price, promised to send the remakes free of charge but demanded extra shipping for products with wrong size and order! Please do not waste your money. They show different items and make poor quality products.

The absolute worst service. Ever. If anything I'd give them 5 stars for trying so hard to stand out through bad service. 🫡 +Counter Staff asked for more money (Wanted to keep an added 500 for himself) +Delayed the order by 1 day, then another day and then another day +Agreed to deliver it by 12PM > Delivered it by 7PM Horrible service- won't pick up their calls either. There's RN printers next to them. Go to them instead. Save yourself the hassle.

Absolutely the worst service I’ve ever experienced. They work hard for being bad at their job. 🫡 The counter staff demanded extra money—attempted to pocket an additional Rs.500 for himself. The order was delayed repeatedly—first by a day, then another, and another. They promised delivery by 12 PM but finally showed up at 9 PM. To top it all off, they never answer their phone. RN printers next to them are comparatively better in their dealing.
