Deanna was so helpful. Very knowledgeable and went the extra step to try to identify how the rodents were entering the house. Once she identified this she went over the different things we need to do to protect our house. She was friendly and you can see she cares about her job!!!!

We asked Alex to sweep the garage for spider webs and check the traps in both the garage and the basement. He was literally done doing all the treatments in less than 10 minutes there was no follow up with us regarding what he had done or how he found the traps etc. this was not the service that we were used to receiving from Insight.

I have had insight pest solution for many years. They also stated like some others here that they were going to do this “check” of the whole house. They came to my house and they also told me that they had an infestation. Keep in mind I have had insight for over 7 to 8 years when they told me this so I was clear that if they’ve been servicing my home how would I have an infestation. The man that came from Virginia he was very pushy he wouldn’t leave my home and was saying some very forceful things. I had to step outside of my home to get him out. It was a very horrifying experience. I was home alone and I felt like I could not get this man out of my house he was pushing me to $15,000 insulation and would not take no for an answer. I could go on and on about what happened. He literally stayed at my house for over an hour closer to almost 2 hours. And basically told me that I was going to be dead like Gene Hackman and his wife. At this point it became quite fearful. I did some research. Of course that was not true. I did call the company to complain. They stated that they were going to take steps to rectify what had happened and since that happened in June or July, they basically blew me off and have done nothing to rectify it. I think they were afraid that I was going post this review which I’m now posting and they have done zero to address it. I wish I could also post the video of this man not leaving my house and harassing me outdoors. Treating me like I’m an unintelligent uneducated woman. It was a very unsafe feeling as he would not leave and I am very educated and intelligent and didn’t need this man to force me into a $15,000 installation in my attic. He Was literally forcing me to sign the contract that day. It was very, very upsetting and terrifying.

Dwayne was great but wished Insight provided interior services in the fall and winter. We have routine ant issues in the spring and hoped to pretreat the interior before the issue presented itself.
