I had a disappointing experience at Imtiaz Mega Store. At the checkout counter, one of my items was scanned twice, which led to an overcharged bill. A store of this scale should ensure accurate billing and provide better training for its staff to avoid such issues.

Wide variety of good quality products in reasonable rates. It’s a huge store with good ambiance. The spaces between the racks could be improved especially by removing empty cartons (as shown in the picture) The products like sauces can also be placed in a sorted order with respect to brands or the type
