Awesome experience each time I get my 2021 4Runner serviced. Done a drop off and also waited which was a quick in-n-out in less than an hour for an oil change and new battery. Knowledgeable and friendly and dont walk out feeling I've overpaid for service.

I recently had my vehicle serviced at Import AutoPro. From the moment I called to schedule an appointment, the staff was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely committed to helping me get my car back on the road safely. They diagnosed the issue quickly and explained everything in clear, understandable terms. No upselling, just honest advice. Transparent estimates with no surprise fees. I felt confident I was getting great value. Whether you're dealing with a major repair or routine maintenance, Import AutoPro is a trustworthy choice. I’ll definitely be returning for future service and recommending them to friends and family.

Hannah and Brooklyn are wonderful. The technicians are prompt and thorough with their work. My European-make vehicles have been serviced here for a couple years now. The staff are great at explaining in layman's terms what the issues are and fair with pricing of work and parts.
