I am extremely upset and angry about the service provided by your store. I brought my phone in only to repair the back glass, and it was working perfectly before the repair. After your service, my phone was returned damaged. The audio is now faulty, especially when recording with the rear camera, and the phone is overheating — problems that did not exist before. This is completely unacceptable and shows a lack of care and professionalism. I expect full responsibility from your store and a proper solution immediately. I did not pay to receive my phone in worse condition than before.
