I found this place from reading Google reviews myself and the gentleman that was there took care of everything, from ordering the parts for my phone, loudspeaker replacement & new battery. If you have any issues with your cellphone, I beg of you not to waste any time anywhere else. I called two other places on Charlotte Pike & I felt as if I was in a car dealership being haggled for more & more money! This place has reasonable prices & does good genuine business!! I took my S23 Ultra after getting a battery replacement elsewhere, where they told me the screen was broken. I went to your store and was helped by David, who helped me with all my questions from the first minute and gave me encouraging words about the screen. In the end, the screen was never bad; the other store was simply inefficient, even though they are certified by Samsung. Now I can use my phone without problems thanks to David's help, who took care of fixing the bad situation they had done at Ubreak... Thank you so much for everything, David.

Since my iPhone 14 cracked screen repair, my phone runs hot after 15-20 minutes of use and while charging. This did not occur prior to the fix and the phone is only a little over a year old. In addition, the battery dies multiple times a day when previously only needing to be charged once at night. The phone screen is slightly thicker so no longer fits inside the phone case, so the screen is easily activated by touch now (this is even after removing the screen protector). There is also a light pink tint on the screen when viewing from different angles. I was not expecting the exact screen resolution of the Apple screen, but the colors are muted and very low definition compared to my husband’s phone. Went in to have the phone looked at today, but in order to evaluate they said they needed to keep my phone with them unlocked for 24 hours. Did not seemed to understand my hesitation with leaving an unlocked iPhone even for 30 minutes.
