Had some water damage on my computer screen. John was able to fit me in same day AND fix my computer within a couple of hours. He backed up my computer, checked that there wasn’t water damage to the rest of the comp, and then put it back together. Was VERY reasonably priced, honest, kind, and very communicative. I had an upgraded MacBookAir and I am beyond grateful John saved my four year old laptop! Highly recommend him, cannot thank him enough!!
John wasn't able to replace a laptop keyboard for me because it required specialized equipment. I really appreciate that he was upfront about it, and he also didn't charge me for the time he spent opening up my laptop and assessing the situation.
