Very professional and Best costumer service

We visited the Hyundai Gujranwala service center on GT Road for our car service. Unfortunately, there were no designated waiting areas for customers, and amenities like tea or coffee were not offered. Additionally, the sales consultation team exhibited unprofessional behavior, engaging in continuous conversations that lacked courtesy. Despite these concerns, the car service itself was completed but it took approximately one hour.

Had a fantastic experience with Hyundai! A special mention to Madam Humaira for her outstanding professionalism and support throughout the process. She was knowledgeable, courteous, and made everything smooth and stress-free. Hyundai’s vehicles are top-quality, and the customer service truly stands out. Highly recommended!

These are Hyundai's newly launched cars which include Hyundai Sonata N Line, New Tucson Hybrid Black and White Colour, and Hyundai Santa Fe Hybrid. There is a good dealership network and all facilities and used car services are available.

Today I visited Hyundai Gujranwala for my Tucson maintenance service, and I must say I am fully satisfied with their customer service. At the service reception I met Mr Haider Ali, I was welcomed very nicely the staff was polite, professional, and communicated in a very respectful manner. While I was waiting in the customer lounge, they offered me tea/coffee. I preferred coffee, and they served it along with biscuits, which made me feel very comfortable and valued as a customer. Overall, the warm welcome, professional behavior, and excellent customer relations truly made my experience delightful. Thank you Hyundai Gujranwala for making my visit such a pleasant one.
