HRS Restoration Services

We’ve had the unfortunate need to have HRS perform services for us after our building’s waterline above our unit burst. HRS came in quickly and spent endless hours mitigating the water damage, mold, etc. We were especially impressed by the work of several individuals. Daniel Enger in particular comes to mind as he was dedicated, empathetic to our disaster, and very, very hard working. Our disaster happened the day after Christmas and he worked tirelessly with his comrades over the course of the holiday weekend through the new year. He proved invaluable in his concise communication as to what we were to expect, how HRS was going dot mitigate our moisture issues and stuck with it to the end.

Derek came over to inspect our home for potential water damage and did an outstanding job. He was extremely thorough, professional, and took the time to explain everything clearly so we understood what was going on. He genuinely took care of us, answered all our questions, and made a stressful situation much easier to deal with. His knowledge and attention to detail really stood out. I highly recommend Derek to anyone who needs a trustworthy and informative home inspection. Thanks again for the help!

We used Jim Black for our kitchen renovation and water damage restoration. Throughout the entire job they were AMAZING. My insurance was being beyond terrible and Jim Black helped me navigate things and was very helpful when the process took months and months to play out. HRS did a wonderful job on replacing my roof (flat rooftop, peel and stick, and shingles)! Chris Rapp and Spencer Roskelley took the time to hear my concerns with the prior install and the damage I was dealing with, and offer solutions that would fit my needs to resolve the issues. They involved me in every step of the way, offering daily emails with photos so I could see how the work progressed. I really appreciated feeling included in this project, and knowing that I was in good hands with the new roof installation! HRS went above and beyond, and I really appreciate all the work they did!
