We had an emergency water leak in our home, and within hours of contacting Anatom, the team met us at our home to perform their initial inspection and started the water mitigation immediately. I spoke with Tiffany initially, and her level of compassion during this difficult time was unmatched. She provided her personal number since we were traveling in from out of state, and checked in with us throughout the process. She made us feel more like family than a customer. Throughout the water mitigation and repair process, the team was very communicative, working directly with our insurance company to minimize delays in the claim process. Nate worked quickly to mitigate the water, and from day one, Udi worked with us on the repair estimate. We received a reasonable quote for the repair within a week of the initial damage. The customer service was outstanding as well. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for exception customer service, high quality work, and reasonable pricing.

Wonderful company. We had an evaporative cooler leak on a Friday and they were there to start the drying out process right away. It took several days to get things dry and they were very meticulous about protecting the wood floors as they came and went. Then the guys that did the drywall work came and put everything back together and did an excellent job! Highly recommend them for the quality of their work and the promptness of response.
