Hometown Hero Appliance Repair

Jimmy did an outstanding job of diagnosing and repairing our dryer! He was also very courteous and professional! I would absolutely recommend Hometown Heroes and Jimmy for your in home appliance repair needs!

I had an excellent experience with the appliance service. Chance was punctual, professional, and very knowledgeable. He quickly diagnosed the issue and, most importantly, was honest about the best options for repair. He clearly explained what made the most sense and didn’t try to upsell anything unnecessary. The repair was completed efficiently, everything was tested thoroughly, and he left the area clean. I really appreciated his transparency and integrity. I highly recommend this appliance service — and especially Chance!

It was so great working with Jimmy. He was professional and friendly, and explained what he was doing, so we could understand what went wrong with our oven. When the part we needed was discontinued, he weighed buying a refurbished part second hand versus rebuilding the board, and went with the option that had the greatest probability of success while also being within our budget. Creative problem solving at its best. Would 100% hire again.

Heroes' they are. Each and every person I dealt with were excellent and beyond. Chance is the tech who came to get everything back to rights and his knowledge and easy manner dealing with the repair was refreshing. He gave me sage advice for use and maintenance of my stove ongoing and went over and above making sure all was tidy before leaving. Thank you to him and this excellent company.
