The cuisine we consumed was extraordinarily delectable. The ambiance of the restaurant was quite pleasant. We dined within the establishment. The staff was extremely professional, particularly the manager who consistently inquired about the quality and taste of the food. This demonstrates their concern for their patrons. The pricing is slightly elevated, but one must compromise on the cost given the exquisite flavor and quality of the food. I highly recommend this Hekayh restaurant.

ABSOLUTE FOOD HEAVEN! I recently had the pleasure of dining at Hekayh, and I must say, it was a truly unforgettable experience! The moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm hospitality and a cozy ambiance that set the tone for a fantastic meal. The star of the show was undoubtedly the food – I ordered the burgers, cheese bliss fries, cheese lava meat balls, soup, and hummus. Each bite was a masterclass in flavors, textures, and presentation. The burgers were cooked to perfection, boasting a lovely balance of seasonings and a satisfying crunch from the toasted buns. The cheese bliss fries were indulgently rich and creamy. But what truly stole the show was that solitary, sensational fried cheese ball – crispy, gooey, and indulgently rich, it added a delightful contrast to the rest of the dish. The soup and hummus provided a delightful contrast in textures and flavors, rounding out the meal beautifully. In short, Hekayh has earned a solid spot on my 'must-visit' list! I feel suitably contrite in saying that It was not up to the mark. The food industry of Sialkot is growing rapidly and the competition is increasing. The restaurants need to cater the demand of the locals and have to have a good market penetration at the start but the way the restaurants are setting prices, standards at very early stage is not good for long term. We went there for chinese and had their Burger which was really nice. But their chow-mien was not served in an adequate serving size at a price of 1,000. Worsening it, the noodles were outsourced from market. I literally felt like eating a local papad snack. Their chicken steak was somewhat infuriating at Rs. 1,500 because it had just two pieces of chicken very hard with an unknown mushroom sauce. I just want their owners to know that there is a difference between running a factory and a restaurant. I admire Mr. Arif who had a very generous attitude who bore all our grievances with respect to the overall experience. At the end we orderer tea which took 35 minutes.
