After servicing the gate and performing a "software update" in our 11 year old southwest neighborhood, our remotes stopped working. Gate Access Services claims they are "too old" even though the remotes still work on the other gate. Gate Access Services want us to pay for new remotes now. After multiple calls to the HOA and Gate Access Services, someone came out to readjust the frequency to accept these old, obsolete models. Funny how that works... In any event, it would be negligence and potentially dangerous to perform an upgrade that would shut out 80% of the residents without sending timely notice. -- Edited to reflect a slight satisfaction increase, negligence issue resolved after only four days --

I've found Gate Access to be very responsive and their techs are typically able to handle the issue in one trip. Their pricing is fair by industry standards . I will continue to utilize their services.

Whenever I had the chance to use Gate Access Services, they were very professional, easy to work with, answered all our questions and very personable. If I needed anything or any type of guidence/explaination or just learning what something does, they were always there to help me out. At present I do not have any associations with gates, but they are first on my go-to list. I would recommend them to anyone who would ask. I have no photos at this time.

Gate Access Services has been a longstanding partner with Centennial Heights. I recently requested emergency service during the high winds in Las Vegas. The on-call technician promptly addressed the issue in my community that very night and provided detailed notes on the job. This information is crucial for me, as a community manager, to keep the board informed.
