I wouldn't recommended as there after sales service is zero first time they pick call afterwards they ignore calls if you do message initially they reply then no reply after 2nd message 😒 so be careful before buying you are at your own there is huge risk if product get damage or faculty there is lot of effort to make claim not only this branch on other branches as well this is 2nd time same experience

Friends corporation contains a variety of electronics items. Fridge, LED, Microwave, Refrigerator, ovens, juicers etc every electronic house hold is available. Prices mentioned on items are bit more than markete but they bargain and at last they are far more cheaper than other shops in area. Service men are well trained and assist u well. Over all recommended for local purchases.

I had a great experience at Japan Electronics. The service was prompt, professional, and very customer-friendly. Mehdi Ali was knowledgeable about the products, gave honest recommendations.

Worst buyer experience. Chandni Chowk branch. Needed to purchase a washing machine, asked the seller to guide regarding the difference of features between 2 models. Received a reply that everything was written and I can read the manual if I want any information. Purchased a washing machine that was supposedly the newest model. The invoice given to us had no phone number to call, and the invoice says “outstanding balance” - no where says that the amount was paid. Delivery was by a driver who refused to drag the machine to the shade just beside the porch. Saying that it is not his duty to place it where we want, and that it is not his problem if it rains. No installation guidance provided, no one attended calls to let us know when someone would come and install. Tried calling multiple people for some advice, they pick up, tell you a number to call and then keep passing you on to some unrelated person. First time buying from here, safe to say that wont be coming again. Avoid at all costs.

Hands down the best electronics store in town! I’ve now bought 13 appliances from Friends — including TVs, washing machines, ACs, and a vacuum — and they’ve never disappointed. One experience that truly earned my loyalty: I initially bought a TCL 65” P Series TV, and after it was installed the next day, I felt the video quality wasn’t what I expected. I asked to upgrade to the C Series, and without any hesitation or hassle, they exchanged it. That level of customer service is rare — and honestly amazing. The outlet staff is incredibly helpful, the after-sales service is excellent, and while the pricing is decent, it’s the trust and quality that really stand out — and that matters most in a market like Pakistan. If you’re looking for a place that combines great products with even better service, Friends is it. Highly recommend!
