Anex Service Center

It was in small and congested place very hard to find. No board sign to identify. All in all doesn't look like it's a service center more like 3rd grade repair shop.

Small repair shop located in very narrow side street, no parking. Have to climb a few steps from road level to enter the office.

Very good & also good customer service

It is the official Annex electronic machines service centre, it provides very professional services for all devices made by annex, Although located in a small streets in suburbs of Rawalpindi near Central Hospital now Benazir Bhutto Hospital, but they have all original parts for machines and very trained staff I have been there for my Annex juicer problem I had tried every repair shop near my house but everyone said it's fine to have noise from the machine but then I visited Annex service center they did the thing in just 20 minutes that anyone else was not able to do!! So, please give them a try and appreciate their services and do let me know about your reviews here, Will be looking forward to it!

Courtesy is the best customer service. :) Recently I have got a chance to visit Anex Service Center on Sultan road Rawalpindi where I went to claim the warranty of a broken jar of the chopper which I bought a few months back. It took me some time to locate the center as it's in a narrow street and the sudden downpour almost drenched us. Finally, when we reached the center, the manager over there stood up, offered us seats and promptly listened to our complaint and humbly checked the stuff, considerately noted down our contact number a d pledged to inform us when the desired replacement will be available. Exactly after a week as committed, he called and invited us to collect our replacement. And on our reaching there, he again courteously dealt us and we returned contented and delighted. This story of mine might not seem tempting yet the loved part of the tale is the manager's venerable treatment which really won our hearts. JazakAllah
