I can’t say enough good things about this company. The receptionist did seem a tad grumpy the first time I called but after actually speaking with her a little more, she’s actually very sweet and helpful. We had a bad experience with another local company who turned off our hot water (because of a leak) and never called back but Frank’s was able to come immediately to look at it and give us a quote. They set up a date when they could come just a couple days later and showed up on time and performed high quality work. They were very respectful and communicative with us throughout the whole process. They were also willing to work with us on a payment plan, which we were greatly appreciative of. Apparently, it’s not as common as I thought for plumbers to also be able to complete remodel work, but Frank’s can do it all. Our tub had to be removed in order to get to the leak and they were able to do everything in just a day and a half, including reinstalling tile around the tub once complete. I would absolutely use Frank again for future needs. Highly recommend.

I have used Franks plumbing for installing a new water heater, air conditioning repair and plumbing issues, Every single time they have been honest, professional and affordable. I highly recommend them, Dylan and Blair did a fast thorough job of unclogging a drain pipe.

We are very happy with our new walk in shower and new toilet. Orville and Zack were fantastic. They were very clean and respectful. We couldn’t be happier with our bathroom. Thanks guys!
