This is my 2nd time using Franks and let me tell you, Customer service is top notch! From the wonderful lady on the phone (sorry forgot her name) and the techs that have come out! Esteban was great! Showed me exactly what was wrong and was able to fix it! They are very honest and prices very reasonable. I highly recommend using them to stay cool in this Yuma heat!

Had Frank and his crew install 2 new outdoor 3 ton units and new indoor air handlers. He showed up on time and finished the same day. Really happy with the guys, you can tell they are happy to be working for him. Already referred a friend. Helps that their pricing is honest too, I was provided with quotes for all options, and wasn’t pushed to go one way or the other. Going with frank legitimately saved me close to 10k over the competition.

Great service. Very respectful and patient with my questions. I phoned and they were at my place in 35 mins. Wow. One thing is, I would have liked a Veterans discount, but not so. But I will keep them now.

After we had our, "before the heat hits yearly AC check-up", we decided to replace our unit instead of fixing. It lasted 18 years & we really didn't want to have another experience like our old house where it died in the middle of the Arizona summer. 🙃 I also got another Ecobee thermostat installed, oh how I missed it after we moved into this house. It's nice to be able to control the temp if we are away from the house. I'm also soooo HAPPY with Frank's AC! They showed up 10 minutes EARLY and did an amazing job installing it! We have been using them for all our yearly check-ups, and every person with the company has been great to work with. We also upgraded from a 4 ton unit to a 5 ton ( which it should have been, but the builders wanted to save money). Our unit is on the roof and I was like a little kid watching the crane 😁 THANK YOU!!

Frank installed a new heat pump to replace the failed unit in my mom's house. They gave me a great price ($1,300 less than nearest competitor), and they were fast (install completed within a week of my decision to hire them). Frank led the install personally, and his team did a great professional work completing the install in just a few hours. I highly recommend them. Randy Fish
