Ordered an Altieri bag for my daughter’s instruments from Flute Specialists and when it arrived it was too small. I called and got a return authorization and once they received the item back, they contacted me to let me know that I did not get the right bag for an alto flute. I am not sure if I made a mistake in placing my order or if the wrong item was shipped, but I was very pleased to be contacted and the correct bag was shipped directly to my daughter very quickly. I am also very pleased to report that the bag fits her instruments and music perfectly! Thanks again to all the Flute Specialists staff who helped make things right! 😁

They are wonderful! What an amazing assortment of flute gear and very helpful! Tatiana was amazing in her communication with me. I am thrilled with the level of professionalism and with the quality products offered. I have purchased several things (including the flute ring) from Flute Specialists. However the crowning glory was finding a lovely EP6 silver headjoint to partner with my Emerson P6 grenadilla wood piccolo. It is absolutely lovely. Included was a cleaning rod and lovely soft case cover for the hard case that came with the headjoint. What wonderful service. Thank you!

AMAZING experience with Flute Specialists on two occasions, with ordering a flute and then a piccolo. We took advantage of the ability to trial multiple instruments, which allowed my daughter to find the right fit. Both times, we ended up with a very high-quality instrument. We worked with Berta who was very responsive and knowledgeable. I 100% recommend Flute Specialists if you want a beautiful instrument and wonderful experience.

Best place to go for purchases, repairs, and expertise! I have purchased an upper level instrument from this shop, and after testing instruments from multiple shops, their piccolo and expertise was superior. Robert Johnson has so much experience and knowledge to help you choose the best instrument and comply with your budget. I send all of my instruments to him for repairs and routine maintenance, and their service is excellent in quality and precision of work. Furthermore, Robert has helped me address unique requests for ergonomic tweaks to my instrument that have been cost effective and provided the exact function I needed. He is always willing to take the time to discuss questions thoroughly with each customer, and all of his business is conducted with great integrity. After 20 years of playing, it is a joy to continue to work with such a wonderful resource for all of my needs as a flautist!
