George Sanjur has been servicing Americas Generators for about two years, and he’s been excellent. He’s always on time, helpful, and makes a point to check in with everyone in the office and warehouse to stay aware of any issues. Kalonji Nyembwe has been the only reason I am rating this total service a 2. He deserves a 5. He is very professional and I can count on him. The service team and customer service is lacking in all ways. It started at the beginning when the wrong price was billed to me and trying to get that rectified was a finger pointing experience. I brought it up the chain and no one bothered to get back to me. KaIonji took care of it! I have had scheduled appointments and received texts from the technician stated they would be there tomorrow...no show, a text again saying tomorrow, no show but a report sent to me stating the work has been completed. When I called customer service and they finally answered , they stated I wasn't on the schedule. WHAT? Traps have been put in the attic but what good does that do if no one comes to check on them. The service I paid for included follow up appointments, but they got my money and are now ghosting me. Good thing I have Kalonji or I would have paid a lot of money for nothing!

Any worse of an experience with this useless company would go down as the worst . I was overcharged 3 times for a service that didn’t get completed. I paid them to remove termites. It ended up being paying them for no reason and still having termites three times up to three different bills. The job of removing termites charged over $7000 for no reason and had the worst experience dealing with gaslighting, manipulating and toxic representatives. They can’t exterminate termites without exterminating your wallet first. Another company said they failed the first time and they charge you to make up for it. Instead of making it right to continue to charge even without your knowledge, Never explain explaining what the charges are for. If you like high prices, Greedy practices in a company run by people who care more about their wallets than solving your problem , choose them. These reviews need to be honest and they earned my bad review. All they care about is controlling the amount of termites in your house so they can keep charging you , not exterminating them , That’s why they call it Florida pest control
