Great job and service! I was searching for a company to repair a damaged area in my carpet due to nightmare tenants and came across Flooring Innovations. And so glad I did. Called and spoke with Ron who provided me with a lot of great information and made me feel comfortable. Ron came out and fixed my carpet, cleaned the carpeting and steam cleaned the kitchen floor. I think everything looks better now then when the floor was installed. He took his time and did a thorough job. Super nice guy and will definitely have him out again.

We had a problem with our wall to wall carpet in a larger room in our house where the carpet developed a noticeable “hump” in several places a few years after installation. We found Ron and he came out, restretched the carpet and now it looks like it should. Ron is very knowledgeable about carpets and how to correct problems. He’s also very friendly and professional. We thought we would have to remove all the furniture in the room to restretch the carpet but Ron knew how to do it by repositioning furniture. That by itself was a big relief.
