Both Carol & Brett are very knowledgeable and helpful. They made the stressful tasks of selecting our bath materials, style and colors a pleasant experience. They go above and beyond to provide a great customer experience. Installation was top-notch. We're so pleased we're going to have them replace some carpeting, as well. We have used B&C Flooring for multiple renovation projects in our home, including two complete bathroom remodels involving installation of tile flooring and tile shower enclosures. I met Todd Parsons last year, when he installed the floor in a renovated bathroom that had been working on. His workmanship was impressive and because of the quality work he performed , I requested his contact info. The following year I called him to ask his advice on another project I was considering and it was then that I discovered that he had become the new owner of B & C Floor Store. I decided to go forward with my next project, the restoration of a stairway in my home. This was a home built in the early 1900’s so it needed a lot of attention.
