On 17 May 2025, supervisor Muhammad Naeem along with his technicians came to fix our AC leakage issue. They took the entire AC unit with them and kept it for one day. When they returned and reinstalled it, everything seemed fine at first but later we found out they had used glue (alfi) to rejoin the damaged internal parts without informing us. After 7 to 8 hours of AC usage, the glued parts started falling off, likely because the glue lost adhesion after cooling. We immediately contacted OYFIXER Lahore head office , and they replied on 18 May that “we’ll handle it” but since then they have ignored all our calls and messages. Worst part: they took full payment, sent us the invoice via WhatsApp, and then disappeared without any resolution. Strongly warn everyone to avoid OYFIXER. Their negligence and dishonesty can ruin your expensive electronics.
