We just had Five Star Bath Solutions of Raleigh upgrade the Master bath Shower in our home. Shopped around for a trusted company that would give us the value and quality that we wanted. We found Five Star Bath Solutions of Raleigh to be easy to work with. The price was fair and they gave us a great value with smooth demolition/installation service and a quality shower upgrade. Excellent quality of installation. Great technicians who took great care to satisfy our needs. They even came out on a Saturday to better accommodate our schedule. We’ll use them again on our next project.

My overall experience was very positive. I submitted a questionnaire, I was promptly contacted, put on the schedule for a consult, and once we decided to move forward, the process was very easy. The representative was very relaxed and did not pressure us. He was aware of our time and helped us move quickly through making decisions - we already knew what we were looking for. From there, the team was in contact with us from beginning to end and provided us with updates. The install team was great and seamless. We had a situation where our door was damaged so we couldn’t finish the entire install same day, but the team was in contact with us every step of the way. We were able to get the door installed the very next week. Overall, the process was very simple and easy. The outcome is great and we really enjoy our new shower. I would highly recommend.
