First Choice Auto

Update to Post. On Friday January 30th my AC compressor seized up. I had my truck towed to this shop, as they had done work for me in the past. They call and said my truck was ready Monday evening. The next day I had issues with the AC. I also noticed a discrepancy in the invoice from the previous work I had done. Mac responded quickly and we were able to handle the situation amicably. I would use them again. I'll just check the invoice and test the AC before I leave. LOL

Started out girls weekend and needed a repair shop. First Choice Auto stepped up to the plate and got us back on the road quickly.

I feel safe coming here as a female. It's so hard to find a place where they don't discrimate and rip you off. This place will not only break down the pricing for you but will treat you and your vehicle with respect and honesty. They will not try to force you to get things done either, rather they will tell you what's important and can schedule future repairs accordingly. Prices are fair and honest.

Long story short: I drove to town for NYE and my car ended up breaking down which would've resulted in thousands in repairs. They instead recommended I find something else while I'm in town and would help me get the old one salvaged. At the end of it all, my car was there for over a month taking up space in their shop and literally the ONLY thing they had me pay for was to ship some of my belongings that were in the old vehicle to my home. They even waited for me to send a copy of my title to get the old one salvaged and even sent me the money they received for it when they could've easily kept it for storage fees or for the work they put into running diagnostics. By far the most helpful and honest shop I have ever had the pleasure of working with and they seriously go above and beyond even for the small things, regardless of how "big" of a job it is for them at the end of the day. Aly was a huge help as were all the other staff I spoke with over the phone. Thanks again for all the help when you didn't even have to lift a finger!

Friendly and excellent service. Answered my questions. Were prompt on updates and communication. Diagnosed and fixed my oil leak problem on my Tacoma quickly. All done in one day with reasonable pricing.
