Faisal Movers

One of the worst service I have experienced ever in my life. Wifi just for name,according to bus staff " sorry net package is finished ". In a 24 Hours journey from Karachi to Islamabad the refreshment they offer is like giving candy to children..

It's the worst worst service ever....never inform bus is late.. never travel through faisal movers. Also, I reserved the business class seat #3... they didn't inform me. Just changed my seat. Such a poor behaviour. If the bus was late, then why did they give me seat #4 ? So disgusting. All my dear friends just travel through daweo. They are much better then disgusting fasial movers.

Today, I am travelling with Faysal Movers Business Class Service. Tickets are expensive, the waiting area is good, I observe only one thing that they should improve, the refreshment items that they provide are for kids not for elders. In short, travelling is a good service but expensive.

It's ok good service in Pakistan but I give them three star. try to improve services to customers

Good terminal overall. But too much pollution. Can't breathe openly due to the smoke of buses. Terminal manager should look over it. There should be separate place for busses and walk ways of passengers. Toilets also need improvements...
