This company is just a call center, is not certified by the better business bureau, and has scammed me and many others (a quick scroll through their reviews will confirm). They do not provide services, and they will charge you predatory fees and immediately start harassing you and threatening to send to collections. I have reported them to the better business bureau and NYC consumer and worker protection and encourage you to do the same if youโve also been scammed by this place
We had an issue with our washer dryer (the door lock) and express repair was so fast, a great customer experience (which is so crazy to even imagine). They pick up right away at all hours, the invoicing and payment process is also very transparent and electronically documented. Dzmitry Hunko was our technician and he did a great job while working very fast. I'm def making this place my go to for any future issues.
Easy and smooth process to book. The technician Viktor was able to visit the next day. He was professional and informative. He already had the part needed to complete the repair and completed everything within 30 minutes. Highly recommend

Sam was respectful, honest, and took his time to explain what the issue was without making it complicated. You can tell he actually cares about doing the job right.
