Anna is wonderful and super helpful. We did an appointment for fieldprint and got to learn about other services that the store offers. They sell certified pre owned Apple devices and also do trade ins and give cash. Anna was super helpful with our appointment and patient with us as she collected information. I highly recommend this location.

They fixed my laptop quickly and reasonably. She was so impressive, explained everything she was going to do, set realistic expectations (and then exceeded them), and was great to work with (she also took a few minutes to fix an issue I was having with my cell phone that Verizon said could not be done). Great place, amazing staff.

This Saturday afternoon at 2:45 pm I was freaking out because my Apple accounts were locked and it was not clear to me how to unlock them. Had not received any emails for three days and it was driving me nuts. My IT vendor doesn't work on weekends and I am leaving on a business trip early next week and I will NEED access to my emails on my iphone while in the airport, etc. I saw Experimax was open until 3 pm today. When I walked in, the two ladies from Experimax each had customers with whom they were finishing up. When the first one finished up she cheerfully brought me back to her desk to ask how she could help me. She immediately took charge and very calmly and professionally got my iphone and ipad restored without any drama. I am so grateful to these people for their great work. They also helped us last summer when my wife got her new ipad. These folks are a ton better than the Apple branded stores in my opinion. If you want your computer problems rectified by professionals, this is the place to go!!! P.S. I like the vibe at your new location!!!

I recently picked up a refurbished iPhone 14 from Experimax. It’s the 4th (5th?) Apple product our household has purchased from them, and each time we have been thrilled with our experience. Customer service is ex exceptional, we receive a great value, and we know personal help is always available if we need it. Wish I could give ten stars!
