product was a bad version. The pins for electrical connect are too small. The clip that hold the two pieces together is also smaller than the original part. These components are close but not correct. Did not work didn't fit and I have emailed the company 3 times and they won't get back to me. I am updating this review. The comments above are true but I was wrong they were trying to email me a response but it went to junk so I didn't see it. I called and talked to someone who wasn't too helpful but they did tell me about the emails. I sent some picture of a comparison of the two parts and they gave me a refund. So I am changing their rating because they ending up standing behind their products and caring for their customer. ( me)

Placed an order, realized an error in my payment method and immediately requested a cancellation. Customer Service waited until the order was shipped to inform me cancellation was not possible because the shipment process had started. Who knows when the items will arrive so I can spend my own money to ship them back. Do NOT recommend.

I ordered the wrong size accidentally. Then it has been challenging to return the bags. UPS wanted $40+ to mail them. USPS was better-$18. Not sure if you refund the return shipping? Hoping my purchase cost will be refunded when they are received.

Found the eVacuum store online and they had the most competitive pricing for the vacuum I was looking for. I called on a Saturday and a very pleasant woman answered the phone. She was able to answer all my questions and I placed an order online as soon as I hung up. Vacuum arrived few days later. Great service !!!
