Saw them out on another job. Asked for a quote. Gave me fair price, came out next morning to fix my problem. UPDATE::: same problem a few weeks later. Asked them to come out and address the problem. Ignored my calls for couple days then later made up & excuse to not come by & stand behind their guarantee & work. Found out from another plumber that i had to pay (half their price btw) that the clog in my drain was just pushed down the line & never cleared.

Paul managed the permit process and coordinating the temporary support of the Com Ed utility pole that caused the damage. If you have ever dealt with a municipality or utility you know how valuable this service was alone. Paul did an expert job of the repair and for a very fair price.
