Highly recommend this service. From the quote to the service, they were friendly, easy to talk to and work with. The most important thing is: they did a great job cleaning! Our shower tiles were definitely one of the toughest to clean, but they took the time and tried their best and truly did a wonderful job! Far exceeded my expectations! Thank you!

Duraclean always does a great job. I always ask for Chea. He is so respectful of property. Very conscientious. Strives for perfection. I had an area on my carpet that was stained and he tried several times to remove and was upset that he couldn’t. I didn’t expect him to be able to but he tried very hard nevertheless. I will never use anyone else.

Warning: Do Not Use This Company This company lost our rug for weeks, refused to respond to our many emails and calls, then once they did respond - they failed to show up at all at the appointed time. When they showed up at the second appointed time (4 days later), they insisted that they were there to collect our rug (instead of delivering a cleaned rug after weeks and weeks). They finally figured their side out and returned later that day with a rug that smelled unpleasant and requiring us to vacuum up obvious dirt and debris. Cherry on top was that the staff insisted in a tip from us. Tip: Get yourselves together and stop losing your customers' rugs! Maybe do a better job cleaning the rugs? Do not use this company.

I highly recommend this company. They are professional, punctual and work hard to make sure everything is perfect. I had chea come to do the upholstery which came out great and mentioned a dog accident on an oriental rug in the room. He worked hard to raise the spot. Looks good and didn’t charge They go out of their way Very nice people to deal with .
