Can’t say enough good things about this company! Nathan was prompt courteous and did a great job. He took the time to explain the process and gave some helpful advice on my new washer and dryer. The scheduling was easy and they were actually a little early!

I had a relatively complex in-wall repair that needed to be done properly, removing the prior owner's dangerous Magyver box that had failed and was spewing lint into the space between the first and second story. I gave them a heads up this was a complex appointment and they showed up with the right guys. They had the proper tools and vent lines to rip out and replace the prior ductwork and this repair has been holding up for over 2 years now.

I had a project many recommended a general contractor for since it required drilling in my crawlspace to install the proper dryer vent solution. I decided to reach out to Dryer Vent Wizard to get a second opinion and quote - which was my best decision. Someone came out the next day and provided an estimate, but was transparent someone else on the team would be better fit for the job. I appreciated the honesty and transparency. That's ultimately why I went with them. Douglas came out a few days later and walked me through the process, listened to my objectives, and provided two options. He also level set with me on what was realistic with my case. He was able to get the work done quickly and was very thorough. Our technician, Douglas was great! We got an appointment quickly and easily. He was on time, extremely knowledgeable and explained everything. He worked quickly and efficiently. Douglas was very personable. We will be ordering a larger vent cover upon his recommendation. He showed us photos explaining why this is necessary. My technician Douglas was great he asked me what I was looking for with this service then did an inspection then did a quote and walked me through what could be done and the price. He was able to do the work same day which was great I did not want to have make another appointment. He did a great job I am very happy!
