Dryer Vent Wizard of Hampton Roads

I had my first service from Dryer Vent Wizard today and was very pleased. The technician, Manny, was excellent—he explained what his initial tests revealed and what his recommendations were to address the findings. He used pictures taken of my dryer hosing, as well as one from the roof, which showed the dryer vent output. I am a happy camper and highly recommend this company, and in particular Manny. I also feel safer, and was pleased to know that it is highly unlikely that I will ever face any fire hazard because of a blocked dryer vent.

Manny was a pleasure to have in my home today. Not only was he personable, but very knowledgeable on my dryer issue. First thing he did was put on his "booties" to keep my floors clean. I really appreciated that. His job was so tedious due to the small space in which he had to work. However, he remained in a happy frame of mind.
