Dr Tech PC

I had an excellent experience with Shaun at Dr Tech PC. I brought in a graphics card to have it tested and installed in my PC, and from start to finish he was absolutely amazing. Shaun is extremely knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything clearly, offering honest advice and helpful recommendations without trying to upsell me. What really stood out was that he even allowed me to stay and watch while he worked on my computer, which showed a level of transparency and confidence you don’t often see. He treated my PC with care, answered all my questions, and made sure everything was running perfectly before I left. If you’re looking for someone you can genuinely trust with your computer, Shaun is the guy!

Shaun provided professional top of the line service. Literally a cheat code to have locally in Las Vegas. I had a mess of a computer, wires everywhere, terrible cable management, & upside down parts within. He expertly took it apart, explained the whole process as he went, & gave pointers for upgrades and next steps. Going above and beyond what was asked for (Initially a PSU replacement), I didn't know all these issues were in my pc, but he fixed them, and reorganized the whole setup. If I could give more than five stars than I would. If you don't know what to do with your Computer or just need an expert to install a part, take it to Shaun before anyone else!

Shaun has been fantastic. I will be returning as we found the issue is most likely my motherboard. I would return regardless. I've already recommended that my friend take his old build here. I doubt I will need to update my review the latest by the end of the month. He absolutely deserves the business. He moves quickly, he's detailed, and he gives great recommendations.
