I had a positive experience during my first visit with the dermatologist. The treatment and suggestions provided worked wonderfully for my skin, and my issues were resolved effectively. However, during my second visit, the cream recommended for my hydration concerns didn't suit me as well. While I understand it might have been intended for my specific needs, it ended up dehydrating my skin further and left white patches. I had a very disappointing experience with Sakina and her staff. They are polite and friendly, but when it comes to delivering results, they do not meet their promises. I visited them 4–5 times for my acne and acne scars, as I had an important event in a few months. They prescribed medicines for over a month, but instead of improving, my acne got worse. They kept saying it takes time, but with my event coming up, I asked for faster solutions. They suggested fillers for instant results, so I went ahead and spent around 38,000 PKR. On the day of the procedure, my main concern was the scars around my smile lines, but the filler made no visible difference. In fact, after they injected something into two active pimples, I ended up with bigger dents on my forehead and cheek just days before my event. The doctor wasn’t even available to fix it. My scars remained, and now I had new ones. My event was completely ruined, and I was left heartbroken. I know no one can magically fix skin overnight, but I expected at least some improvement not more damage. I do not recommend them based on my experience.
