What a phenomenal experience working with Dave at D&R house of diamonds! He worked with me closely designing the perfect engagement ring for my fiancée and I! He was consistently professional, thoughtful, and detailed in every step of the way during the process. He made us feel so comfortable and was very accessible as I live in a different state where he would set up zoom meetings to keep things moving forward. D&R not only produces outstanding jewelry , but their service is above all else! It was great to work with a jeweler that helped make our moment special. Highly recommend for anyone looking to pair up with a jeweler!

Had an incredible experience at D&R House of Diamonds! It was much more than just another ring shopping appointment. Rich is incredibly patient, knowledgeable and listened to our needs. We were only in town for 3 nights and Rich was able to have our wedding bands ready in less than 24 hours after our appointment! Only regret we have is not having found them sooner to make the trip up to Vegas to create our engagement ring!

My experience was great with D&R House of Diamonds! We went looking to upgrade my wedding set and were helped by Rich. They work by appointment only and I loved it. It feels very personalized and there's plenty of time to ask any questions and get them all answered. Their website is very easy to navigate, which makes the process of creating the appointments a breeze. On the first appointment Rich explained everything we needed to know, and helped me get the design I wanted while staying under budget. He said he could beat any other price I have gotten and that's what he did! They offer warranty for their work. They also provide the diamond's certificate as well as an appraisal for the finished product so it's easier to insure. Rich even gave me his cellphone number so we could communicate during the whole process. I couldn't have asked for better service. And the rings... I'm in love!! They are so beautiful I can't stop looking at them!
