Can't complain pertaining to staff. They are helpful. But unnecessary soil testing rates. 65k for 1 kanal.

Do you have technical justification of getting soil testing of each plot, the strength of soil changes after every 50ft ???. Charges are very high. DHA should conduct soil testing a few points in a sector and provide report to design foundations accordingly.

As per requirement of DHA Lahore, sole testing is a prerequisite for construction of both residential and commercial buildings. This lab is catering to this requirement. Service standard is good and preliminary report is provided within three working days but detailed report takes three months. I recommend DHA should waive this requirement for residential buildings without basement.

Need to improve customer care services

I hate this process, which is imposed by DHA on us like in big picture. Just a money making trick to handle day to day expenses for dha complex. This requirement should be lift from residential plot.
