It's ok not bad

We just want to thank you from the bottom of our hearts for helping to make our wedding day beyond wonderful!!  From the first time we met with you to discuss prices and options to our wedding day, we were always confident that we had picked the best place to hold our wedding reception.  We were thoroughly impressed with the personalized and courteous attention given to us, a refreshing change from some of the other reception sites we had visited in the area. From the start, our questions were answered promptly and courteously and we were always treated like a top customer.  Because of this treatment, we never once worried about how our reception would turn out with regards to food, staff and coordination.  (As you know, brides and grooms have enough to worry about!)  You all played significant roles in helping us set up such a flawless reception. Words cannot express how grateful we are for such wonderful service.  Although we have been spreading the word to others about the great service and beautiful facilities...  Thank you again for all that you have done to help us.

5 ⭐ Sitting per head at a very low cost. 4 ⭐ The ground floor environment is pleasant. 1 ⭐ The basement smells bad. 1 ⭐ They can manage 250 people in each hall at a time for more than 500 people not recommended at all even with your Own Food. 1 ⭐ Food supply chain and the path through which food is supplied just below average. This review is based on my own experience with 700 people and Host's Own Food.
