Jason and his team were kind and capable. The only reason I’m giving such a low score is this: I was quoted $1,350 for an estimated 6 hours of labor, permits, hardware, etc. for a 50-amp outlet installation. This was approved, and the installation date was scheduled. Day-of: The labor took 2 hours instead of the estimated 6. When I asked if that would result in a lower invoice, Jason ignored my question and simply sent me the $1,350 invoice and his Venmo link. Even if the price is firm, it would have been nice to understand why or at least not have my question ignored. P.S. I know that he saw my question because he read the message the same day I sent it (verified through read receipts) and replied two days later with the invoice and Venmo link without acknowledging my question at all.

Excellent customer service and communication; made EV Charger install/permit process extremely easy. Looks great and functions perfectly. I was dealing with a busy work schedule and they accommodated me at every step to make it completely stress-free. Thank you!

Happy with the solar panel and battery storage system they installed. I asked a lot of questions while they were installing everything and they were very helpful. They also upgraded my electrical service which is an added benefit of using an electrical contractor with electricians, not just solar installers. I also own my system and any rebates or incentives come to me.

Excellent company to work with, they did a panel upgrade and EV charger installation on my historic home. Very responsive and easy to communicate with, Austin and his team were great to work with. Pricing seemed very fair compared to other quotes I had received. Would work with them again with no hesitation.
