Water source heat pump cutting off. Could not reach installer. Looked up Bosch repair on line and 2 options available. Selected Degree Home Services and response was excellent. Several problems noted by John. His explanation of what went wrong was outstanding. He identified several issues. He gave us some options on how to progress with repairs. John fixed unit because he is smart and diligent always reassuring us he would find the issues. We are grateful he came and we are happy he will check out this unit in the future. He is top notch. He has a great assistant and was very respectful of our home. No mess and they carefully covered shoes.

Our house was struck by lightening a few months ago and it took out our entire AC system. It was the heat of the summer with sweltering 100F+ days. John came out on a saturday and had our home assessed in a few hours. Not only that but he fixed zoning issues to improve air temperature and flow throughout the home. He was extremely communicative with parts ordering and scheduling. When it came for install day unfortunately we found more damage than initially thought. What would should have been a 5/6 hour job turned into a 12/13 hour job. He worked tirelessly through the heat and short rain storm to ensure our family had AC by the end of the day. He truly exemplifies a professional who CARES about what they do. This type of dedication and thoughtfulness is hard to find in today's world. Degree Home Services did a great job cleaning a family member’s dryer vent on the 2nd floor. They were very reasonably priced. They emailed me a 2 hour arrival time the day before instead of the often 4 hour window. John ( the company owner) and his assistant were personal and professional in conversation. I was so impressed with the complete job and quality of work that I asked him about a project at my house. He said I didn’t need the project done in which I am sure saved me hundreds of dollars. I would highly recommend getting an estimate and service from Degree Home Services.
