Seaside Heating and Air Conditioning

January 31 2025! It snowed. Our unit died. I searched google. Found seaside. THEY CAME OUT AND INSTALLED . Day of. 1 year later…… issues happening… as they do. SEASIDE SENT MICHAEL WILLIAMS (Request him) ! Came through like a marvel avenger. We are DEFINITELY LIFELONG PATRONS.

The whole process of replacing my HVAC system and ductwork was smooth and simple from beginning to end. David kept me updated on the progress throughout, the timeline was kept and the whole team went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with the end product. I would highly recommend Seaside Heat and Air to everyone.

We purchased our home a year ago and found it had some complex HVAC ducting issues that really called for the creative use of mini-split systems. David and his team took on this challenge and just completed the installation of two new units. Everything was completed in a single day and both systems are working exactly as we hoped. Our community's Architecture Review Board was so impressed with how well the Seaside team was able to hide the outside units behind existing vegetation that they waived the requirement for lattice fencing. On top of this David and all of his team are just wonderful people to work with and their cost was significantly lower than all the other quotes we had received for this project. We highly recommend Seaside and expect to use them for all of our future HVAC projects.

Seaside Heating and Air was prompt, professional and easy to work with. From the estimate to the installation, everything was scheduled quickly and handled neatly. Very efficient, I'd highly recommend them.
