Dees Plumbing and Heating

FANTASTIC! I cannot say enough good things about Dees. I originally called them for a leak in my basement that was coming from the upstairs bathroom. Ironically, a few hours later my water heater stopped working too. Charles said he didn’t want me to be without hot water and didn’t want the leak to get worse, so he made arrangements to his schedule to come out the very next morning. They looked at the water heater and it was a simple problem they were able to fix in five minutes. He didn’t even charge me for it! He assessed the problem with the leak, explained it to me in a way I could understand, and was able to fix that quickly too. Not only did they respond right away and come out within 24 hours of my calling, but the cost was less than was I had expected. I’ve never had a such a good experience with a plumber. Charles was great to work with and Alex was so respectful and nice (especially to my 75 year old mother who wanted to chat with him the entire time he was working). I am so happy to have found a good and honest plumber. That is certainly rare nowadays. I will definitely use them for all my future plumbing needs and highly recommend them.

He was quick, professional, clean, and very knowledgeable, and he explained what was going on in a way that made everything easy to understand. Charles Dees Plumbing was very professional, efficient and attentive. Charles responded to my call when my parents water heater suddenly broke. The turnaround time to have it replaced was amazing.
