I had previously tried to build my own PC to no success. Even though right now it is really tough to get a PC built due to the price increases with RAM’s, GPU’s and other parts because of AI, I still really wanted to get one for myself. I came across Dave’s Computers online and went in for a consultation. Dave was really nice and thorough with me during this whole process. We went back and forth with emails and texts to get the best build possible that would work for my price range. We were able to get the parts in and he was very quick and efficient with getting the computer built in a timely manner. I already had previous parts from my failed attempt at building a PC on my end, so it was awesome to be able to still have those work for this custom PC I wanted to build. So far it is running pretty smoothly with no major issues and can also be upgraded in the future. If anyone is looking to get a custom PC built, I would highly recommend Dave. He will get you the best parts that will work within your range and can accommodate you to however you would want your PC to be built. Thanks again for all the help with this!

I brought in my malfunctioning Windows 10 PC for diagnostic service - Dave replied promptly by text message, having identified a major breakdown, and suggested I replace the computer. Within days, Dave had ordered a new Windows 11 PC and transferred all files from the defective PC into the new machine. I first took my laptop to the Geek Squad who declared it “dead” and not able to repair. I then brought it to Dave and for a nominal diagnostic fee and within 2 days was advised he had determined the problem and it was back up & running. I highly recommend this shop. Dave is very professional, obviously excellent in his field and his pricing was very fair.

I brought my 2017 Macbook Pro to Dave's Computers because of a cracked screen on the 15.4 inch retina display that rendered the display non-functional. Dave explained my options--replacing the entire display with a high quality replacement, and even explained how and where the parts were sourced, or buying a refurbished Macbook Pro of the same model for the price of the replacement display. Because the rest of the machine was functioning perfectly, I opted for the replacement display. All of this occurred on a Thursday, so I was expecting things to take maybe a week or two to be fixed and returned to me. Dave then explained that he'd ordered the part and it would be in on Monday or Tuesday, which was a surprise to me in the best possible way. Sure enough, once the weekend ended, on Monday I received a message that my machine was ready to be picked up. It functions perfectly and looks great. I'm so glad to have it back in working order. I highly recommend Dave's Computers to anyone looking to have their computer repaired.
