Brought laptop to establishment to be recovered. Machine was not salvageable which I understand. When my device was returned after an additional payment was required I was given an older damaged power cord that was not the one I brought in. When brought to the owner/operators attention I was given another cord. After reviewing my record of sale upon returning home I discovered this was not the same rather an aftermarket power cord not the official Apple product purchased. Also the screws were all missing as well. Due to this unprofessional series of events I was compelled to seek a third party for further service and they were able to recover my laptop.

Went to staples to see how much I can get Microsoft office and update my vista to windows 7 , 400$ !! I came here they kept my old information , and updated me to windows 7 including office for half the price ! Great company great turn around time

Debbie was awesome!She came to my home on time.Did a great job on transferring my old hard drive to new. Explained things so I was able to understand. Returns call when I had questions. Great company.
