Curtis did a Title V inspection for us, at a very reasonable price. Unfortunately, it failed, but it's an old system. The inspector explained everything that was wrong, and what we needed to do to repair/replace the system. Andy Curtis followed up with a detailed explanation by phone and detailed information about the inspection process, results, and what we needed to do going forward.

We are very happy with our experience with Curtis Septic. Everyone in all departments was so helpful and answered all of our questions when we found out we needed a new septic system. The foreman did a really excellent job of managing the whole installation project on site with the team. He always kept us informed about what was going on, gave us updates every day, and answered any questions we had. He took into account a request we had, like not digging up the rhododendron bushes if possible. These small details really matter. It was great to see how efficiently everything worked out with building the access road on the slope of our yard, getting all the machines through, even working through the pouring rain. Great coordination with our engineer ISD as well and teamwork all around. We highly recommend this company.
