Comfort Flow Heating

We purchased a service contract for our system to be checked twice a year. We do not have to worry, we get called that it is time, and schedule an appointment. They arrive, get to work and done. All systems are checked, new filters and let us know if anything is wrong. The workers are absolutely professional, nice and knowledgeable. We trust Comfort Flow Heating and recommend them highly for any of your heating or air condition services.

They blocked the sidewalk and neighbors driveway access with their vans - they agreed to move after unloading but never did. They left trash on neighbor’s property. They trampled the neighbor’s grass with work boots and heavy equipment for multiple days in a row. They then ran over or knocked over the neighbor’s temporary fence which was put up after they continuously trespassed on neighbors property, which was likely revenge from being asked to move off the sidewalk. Even after explaining to them that there are elderly people with walkers, a blind person with a walking cane, and tons of people with strollers who need the sidewalk …. They still didn’t care. Even after calling the company directly to request that the sidewalk be cleared, they didn’t move even though they were working in a long driveway woth plenty of space for them to pull up. How entitled and unprofessional can one crew be?

Comfort Flow Heating was absolutely brilliant from start to finish. They arrived right on time, set clear expectations, and most importantly, followed through on every single one of them. Their customer service is truly brilliant. The service technician was friendly, easy to understand, and took the time to walk me through each step of the process. He explained what he was doing and provided the final quote in a way that was simple, transparent, and completely understandable, something I really appreciated. It’s refreshing to work with a company that is professional, reliable, and genuinely focused on making the customer feel informed and taken care of. I will definitely be using Comfort Flow Heating again in the future, as they have earned a lifelong customer.
