I would get 10 stars if I could!! Woke up Saturday morning to a flat tire, spent the first half of the day dealing with roadside assistance and then driving to the closest auto shop on my donut tire, only to get there and be told that —even though I simply had a single flat tire, and all my tires still have more than 50% tread— that I’d have to buy 4 new tires because it was corporate policy that they wouldn’t plug a tire that had previously been plugged (and my car is AWD). That’s when I called Come To You Automotive Repair (because they seemed to be non-corporate and locally owned)— they answered quickly and were more than happy to plug my tire. They arrived exactly on time. The work was completed unbelievably quickly by a super kind gentleman, and overall— I couldn’t be happier. Literally saved me thousands of dollars. Honestly, it was such a good reminder to make more of an effort to stay away from greedy corporate chain businesses as often as I can. Highly HIGHLY recommend this wonderful business. A+++++

my diesel wouldn't start after we got blasted with the polar vortex. turned out that my fuel heater was busted and that's what was giving me trouble starting my truck at my work's parking lot. the tech was super polite and explained the situation and what he was doing. once the issue was resolved, he broke down what could be done. super easy, super efficient, appreciate the honesty and being able to get to me at work. I'm getting more work done for the truck but it'll be smoother sailing in the winter. 10/10 would recommend

I had an issue with my tires and needed service quick. I reached out to the company and they took my call on a Sunday. Trent discussed the issue with me and how to fix it. Said he could order the part that evening. He did, and Wes came to my place of work the next day and fixed it in the parking lot! Very easy, efficient and so helpful when you work full time and don’t have time to take your car to a shop. He even noticed I was missing a lug nut on another wheel and ran down the street to the shop to fix that too. I will definitely use them again in the future.
