Master craftsmen and artisans who do outstanding and meticulous work. I brought in a nonfunctioning 1930's German box clock and got it back clean, shiny, worm-free, beautiful sounding, fully functional and accurate and at a very reasonable price. Although they classify this job as a repair or an adjustment, I would call this a restoration of a timepiece of sentimental value to my wife and I. Thank you Clockfolk for your integrity, superb work ethic, and dedication to this unique trade and artistry.
I wish I could give The Clockfolk six stars! I had an amazing experience with Jim who was incredibly kind, friendly and knowledgable. He got my grandfather's clock in excellent working order and was thorough, informative, and a pleasure to work with. I can't recommend The Clockfolk more highly! I wish I had a dozen more clocks for them to fix!!
Last week I brought my 27 year old Chelsea Clock that was not working to the Clock Folk of New England. The clock was a gift from Tucker Anthony when I left the firm. I wind my clock every week and the last time that I did my weekly wind it just stopped working. I met with the two brothers and they really didn't want to take such an old clock apart, but they did try to do a few adjustments. One thing they did was to set the clock for noon and then put my old clock on the work bench. I then was given a tour of an impressive showroom of new and used clock. When we returned to the bench, the clock began working again! They gave me instructions to follow when I took my clock home and it is still working after one week. There was no charge for the adjustment and they even gave a new pen. I really cannot say enough good thing about the very professional team of clock folk guys. Bill Burke

Excellent place to have your clock repaired. Very friendly and knowledgeable people. Repaired our Chelsea clock at a fair price. Glad we found them and strongly recommend them.
