I had a portion of my living room floor that I have been trying to get fixed for ages. CinMaries was the first company that actually was willing to take on the job. They gave me a fair quote and even had my old style thin boards to install. They dropped off the flooring the next day and the following week I had my floor looking brand new. Joe was very professional and did a great job. I'll definitely be using them again for my flooring needs.

CinMaries was absolutely wonderful and very professional when we met for a estimate on our floors to be resanded and finished we had two other companies come out and give us a estimate and Cinmaries Joe and Cindi which actually own the company and do the work had the most knowledge I’ve ever seen and made us feel so at peace with our decision to go ahead and use them and I’m so glad we did they did a absolutely amazing job I tell everyone about CinMaries Hardwood Flooring ! Simply the Best !!

In the middle of our remodel we had to switch crews and were recommended to CinMaries by our realtor. We are so grateful they did. Cindy and Joe were easy to work with and honest. We were on a tight timeline and nervous about additional delays or price increases along the way. Cindy was very upfront about their availability, and their quote was detailed and clear. Joe worked within the timeframe they set out to do. During that time he also lost a crew member, so he worked double time in order for the floors to be finished in time. We saw him day in and my day out. They were respectful of our home, and while it is a messy process in general, our house was kept clean throughout. We could not be happier about the quality of the work, and we receive compliments on our floors often. We would not hesitate in recommending them.

EDIT: We have had two other companies that have come out to give us quotes on redoing CinMaries sloppy work and both were cheaper and BOTH commented on how poor the poly was applied and that it was too thin for the type of flooring. CinMaries came highly recommended by a few of our neighbors that had hardwood floor work completed. Unfortunately we had the opposite experience. First off, the company has a major communication issue because we made it evident in the beginning that we were redoing the floor to seal the cracks between the boards to which they recommended a screen and coat with 1 coat of poly. We had the service done right before leaving on vacation so there was no issues with dry and cure times of the poly. We were gone for nearly 3 weeks before returning and maintained all proper A/C temperatures as if we had never left. When we returned it was immediately evident that the floor was done quite poorly. Here is a list of issues and most are pictured as well. There was poly on the white baseboards Chips all throughout the hardwood floors Brush bristles in the poly Other particles in the poly Missing poly in multiple places Poly bubbles throughout the floor that had to be scraped off but then left the spot missing poly Also, only part of a step had poly while the rest of the stop was never even completed and has the original poly on it. After finding all of these issues, I called the company and Cindi was extremely defensive saying that they did the floor correctly and that we never asked to have the cracks sealed. I attempted to take the high road and asked for them to come back out and give us ANOTHER quote to redo the floors the way we asked in the first place. When I got home, I found more evidence of sloppy labor and quality to which I texted her asking about all the issues that I was finding. Again Cindi got defensive and argumentative saying that she didn't know what I expected her to do about it and that the company has been doing this for a long time with no issues as if that means that they cant be at fault. Cindi refused to look at the issues, repair the issues, or refund any portion of the payments for them to redo our floor worse than it was to begin with. If you are expecting quality work, look elsewhere.
