This is the only place I'd ever take my phone to have it fix. They've been in the business for 5 years and it really shows. The customer service was great - they fixed my phone screen faster than I could even believe and for such a fair price! I definitely encourage you to come to this location for all phone repairs!

Got the back of my phone repaired because it was badly cracked. But when I got it back, my microphone wouldn’t work correctly. Didn’t notice until someone called me the day after the repair. I came back to let the man know about my issue. He quickly told me that he didn’t go into my phone, he did his work and only worked on the outside, and said that I dropped my phone too much and that’s why my microphone wasn’t working. I did tell him that my microphone has worked properly before the repair. But all he did was shake his head. Quite disappointed to hear when I went to the Apple Store to see if what the man said was true, was absolutely not true. The Apple Store quickly found the reason of my issue, and it was confirmed that the man HAD clipped a part of the microphone. Please, I recommend yall to not get your phone fixed here. I’ve learned my lesson, and I hope yall will directly go to the Apple Store or your carrier for fixes.

Charged me 60 dollars to fix my headphone jack on an s10. The repair stopped working within 20 minutes. I brought it back and they argued with me for another 30 minutes before refusing to give me a refund. My phone now reeks of cigarettes like their store. Opry Mills allows its tenants to smoke in the mall now.

Do not recommend. Just had my s22 ultra screen replaced. First screen lasted less than 24 hours before the phone died. Second screen barely 72 hours, they use cheap parts that don’t last. Not worth the 600 that I payed for the repair

My phone screen was broke. I visited all places in there, he gave me the cheapest price and hi fixed it fast. Excellent service, good materials. I will visit there again for sure if i need it. Make sure they are charging the cheapest price around. Thank you
